Here We Go Again

When Black women rise, lead, and dare to disrupt the status quo, suddenly the scrutiny multiplies.
Now Dr. Flo Cofer is facing yet another complaint—this time tied to allegations regarding financial disclosures—adding to a growing pattern many are watching closely.
Let’s call this what it often is: When Black women are exceptionally qualified, the rules seem to shift.
